Artist Commune is organizing a Chinese New Year community art project titled " Lucky 13－To Kwa Wan Thirteen Streets Community Art Program" in 15th January 2012 to 11st Feburary 2012. Taking the opportunity of Chinese New Year, we are going to decorate and promote a caring culture in the “13 Streets” community. Activities include workshops, exhibitions, and art decorations in the “13 Streets” community.
