How to become a member of Artists Commune

Artist Commune is a registered non-profit making art organization.

Our aim is to promote the development of visual arts in Hong Kong.

With the generous support from Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Artist Commune was founded in 1998 and has been in operation since then.

In order to help us provide a better service to our members and run the space more efficiently, we have introduced the following benefits for our members.

Please join us.


Information on Membership

  1. Applicants must be 16 years old or above.

  2. Successful applicants will receive a ‘membership card’ issued by Artist Commune.

  3. Members will receive newsletters and opening invitations from Artist Commune.

  4. Members are entitled to hire our exhibition space without any extra registration fee.

  5. Members are eligible to join events organized by Artist Commune.

  6. Priority and 10% discount when enrolling on courses organized by Artist Commune.

  7. 10% discount at the appointed art materials shops (Please refer to the attached list for details. Membership cards must be presented upon purchase).

  8. Membership is valid one year from starting date and is currently HK$100 per year (membership fee would be increased only in line with inflation).

  9. Please return your completed membership application form together with the payment to the address below.

    1. Pay cash, in person only.

    2. Pay by cheque, all cheques payable to ‘Artist Commune Ltd’ (we do not accept post-dated cheques).

    3. Fax your account details from which the payments will be debited from, together with your application form to us on 2104 9515.

  10. We reserve the right to amend the above terms without any notice.

  11. Your personal data would only be used internally by Artist Commune.
